Not included / optional: domain registration (including securing the .com.au), professional photography (your existing project imagery will be used), additional service-area pages beyond the five listed (added over time so every page stays genuinely useful), and ongoing advanced SEO (an optional extra, see below). Hosting & maintenance runs at $100 + GST / mo, billed annually. SEO is engineered into the foundation to give you the strongest possible footing - but as with all search, rankings can't be guaranteed.

This proposal forms an agreement between Balar Media Group ("the Agency") and Saluni Metal Roofing ("the Client"). Acceptance is made by signing electronically below.
The Agency will deliver the services and stages outlined in this proposal. Any work requested beyond this scope will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before commencing.
The special project price is valid until the date shown on this proposal. All prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.
A 4-6 week development window applies from project commencement, subject to timely client feedback and asset supply.
Reasonable revisions are included within scope at the design and development stages. Substantial changes after approval may be quoted separately.
On final payment, the homepage build is owned by the Client. The Agency retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock) remain under their respective licences.
The Client is responsible for supplying accurate content, brand assets and any third-party account access required, and for ensuring it holds the rights to all materials provided.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the project private and not to share it with third parties without consent.
Either party may cancel with written notice. The Client is liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
The Agency's total liability is limited to the fees paid under this agreement. The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
By ticking the box and signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agree to these terms and authorise the Agency to commence the project.
